YTMP3 2.0 respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. The converter is intended for content you own or are permitted to download. If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act for one, and believe that the service has been used to infringe your rights, you can send us a takedown notice as described below.

How to send a takedown notice

Email legal@orkana-apartments.pl with the subject line "DMCA notice". For your notice to be valid under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), please include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if several works are involved).
  2. The YouTube URL(s) of the material you want us to act on, so we can locate it precisely.
  3. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review complete notices promptly. Where a notice is valid, we block the identified video(s) from being processed by YTMP3 2.0. Because the service does not host or store the media it converts, there is no file library to remove; blocking the source video prevents further conversions. We will confirm the action taken by email.

Counter-notices

If you believe that material was blocked by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact details, identification of the blocked material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was blocked as a result of mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court, and your signature. We may restore access after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We may restrict or terminate access to the service for anyone who repeatedly uses it to infringe copyright.
