Imagine an exclusive, boutique project of an elite nature, as it consists of just four units woven together with urban fabric by a private access road. The façade is finished with handmade tiles, that entered the history of Polish designer handicrafts as soon as they were conceived. This is how Gomez Architecture designers imagined the world of an ideal flat and created Orkana Apartments - a place that can become your new unique home.

The intimate interiors of Orkana Apartments delight from the threshold.
Charming light play in common areas and the surrounding garden give the investment a unique character.
A similar role is played by custom-designed elements of applied art, such as designer chandeliers or carpets with a repeated monogram of the investment.
Each flat has at its disposal two capacious parking spaces and an autonomous, sizable storage room in the common garage. Half of the parking spaces have an access to install sockets for charging electric cars.
Delta Light is renowned for their innovative concepts and their ability to create a blend of subtle ambience, elegance, functionality and design in both interior and exterior lighting.
The idea of lighting for the Orkana Apartments is based on an entire collection of ambitious, unprecedented lighting solutions. The design successfully combines noble beauty, technological excellence and superb efficiency, creating a unique atmosphere for this boutique institution.

Delta Light
From the finest materials in light, warm colours with dark accents used to cover floors and walls, to the ubiquitous exquisite embellishments. The 3 metre tall interiors are the insignia of royal comfort - direct private access to the lift from inside the flat, bedrooms and living rooms with possibility to install air-conditioning are just another manifestation of it.
We have created a garden that emphasises the private nature of the building, creating a unique, intimate atmosphere while providing privacy for its residents."

Polish landscape designer Pasa Design is responsible for the alluring beauty of the garden surrounding Orkana Apartments.
Full-size, mature plants have been adapted to provide privacy and intimacy for the residents from the first moments. The entire development will be highlighted by fairy-tale-like lighting, accentuating the qualities of the local trees and plants. The boundaries of the plot are marked out by panels overgrown with flora.
